Building a marketing plan is easy. But are you building a sustainable, actionable plan that achieves desired results within budget? At OutsideIN we work closely with clients to build marketing plans that are ‘do-able’ for your organization. What is the point in creating a marketing strategy that you can’t afford or can’t execute or even worse — doesn’t meet the results that you’re looking to achieve?
We have a defined process to guide you through our market planning work. We usually kick-off the work with a workshop where we’ll gather all relevant information and discuss goals, messages, budgets, and resources.
Value Proposition
Before any market plan can be completed, an organization must fully understand and be confident with its value proposition. A thorough understanding of markets, buyers, and competitors is required to built a good value proposition that will resonate with clients.
OutsideIN helps clients build their value proposition statements using a proven method of understanding your clients’ pain points, your defined value in solving that pain and how you approach this differently than any of your competitors. Lastly, you need to have proof that your claim is true.
Budget
We work with clients to help define their marketing budget as it relates to their goals. You need 100 sales per year? Do you know how many leads this requires at any given time? We’ll work with you to build out a plan that drills down to this level of detail then builds back up again to define various budget options to meet your goals.
Actionable Measureable Planning
All our plans are clearly tied to measureable criteria. Good marketing is the consistent execution of measureable well executed tactics mapped to a well thought-out strategy. If you don’t have the means in place today to measure your marketing programs we’ll introduce new tools to expedite this process, train you on them and get them working in your environment.
Team Engagement
Team engagement is an important component of successful marketing .With the advent of social media, the need to have everyone tied into your corporate marketing strategy is becoming more and more critical. No marketing team can do it alone. We’ll work with project sponsors to help educate employees on the importance of marketing and how everyone has a role to play.
